WHY DOES MY TOP HAVE AN ODD SMELL?
The print process and dyes used mean that your new top may arrive with a slight smell as it has been packaged straight from printing. This should disappear after a few minutes from opening but will have vanished after the first wash.
HOW FAST CAN I RECEIVE MY NEW ITEMS?
We print to order. This ensures we do not hold stock and means we only print what is needed. As such please allow a little longer to receive your order than a larger online retailer. All items are printed and shipped as soon as possible.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders are subject to a fulfilment period before shipment, usually 3-7 business days. This is usually much quicker but delays can occasionally occur. Please be mindful that Holidays periods are much busier and will require forward planning to ensure you get an item on time.
You will then receive notification of shipment with full tracking information. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order after the fulfilment period, delivery times may vary depending on your country and product location.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. A High Vibe Life can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. A High Vibe Life will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will be sent shipping confirmation with a tracking number once the item has shipped.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
To save you money we ship our products directly from our print providers closest to you. These locations include UK, Europe and the United States.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.
WHY DON'T I SEE THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I SEE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK?
Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works.
